  • Adds the September 2026 release notes to releases.html: frontend v0.5.0, backend v0.5.0, and optimizations-azure v0.4.0, dated 30 September, under a new September divider and a "Sep 2026" entry in the month menu.
  • Adds the same three releases to releases.xml so RSS subscribers get them.
