Artist in the window title

While a song plays, the window title is now "Song - Artist - Strawly Music" instead of "Song — Strawly Music". A song without an artist gives "Song - Strawly Music". The title and artist are the ones the player bar shows: the file's tags, or the "Artist - Title" file name when the tags are empty.

Docs in line with the new layout

A review of the docs after #10:

ROADMAP.md and CHANGELOG.md: the About menu is in the top bar now, not the library toolbar.
ROADMAP.md: "Resizable columns" under Later now names the All Music table, since the window's columns can already be resized.
README.md: says how to play All Music now that it has no Play button. A double click plays from that song, and with Shuffle on in the player bar the rest plays in a random order.
README.md: FFmpeg reads the tags and lengths for search too, not only the covers.
README.md: the install example names the current release, 0.1.1, and one long line in Permissions is wrapped.

CHANGELOG.md gets a line under Unreleased for the window title.

Builds without warnings, qmllint is clean and the tests pass in org.kde.Sdk//6.11.
