Replaces the red placeholder icon with the stepped-flag eighth note from the Strawly Music brand kit. The note is drawn as a straw tube like the Strawly S, on the Strawly green badge #00b386.

data/app.strawly.music.svg: the new icon on a 128 canvas, with the badge 8 units in from each edge, the same margin as the old icon.
src/main.cpp, src/CMakeLists.txt: the SVG is built into the binary and passed to QIcon::fromTheme as a fallback, so a run from the build folder shows the icon without installing it.
README.md: the app icon roadmap item is ticked.

Tested: ctest passes (2 of 2). With XDG_DATA_HOME and XDG_DATA_DIRS pointed at an empty folder, the theme has no icon and the built-in fallback loads and draws green. After cmake --install and a Flatpak rebuild, both installed copies are the new icon.

The icon is the stepped-flag eighth note from the Strawly Music brand kit,
drawn as a straw tube like the Strawly S, on the Strawly green badge.
