GrumpyStraw 516e671703 Add measured system requirements for one instance (#6) 
Replaces the system requirements TODOs with the minimum for one instance with the Azure Optimizations module.

- `getting-started/prerequisites.md`: table with 2 CPU cores, 2 GB memory and 10 GB free disk. Notes that collector runs take longer on fewer cores but still finish.
- `getting-started/deploy.md`: adds the minimum to the deploy prerequisites list and links to the table.
- `deployment/multiple-instances.md`: links the Resources section to the table.
