Replaces the system requirements TODOs with the minimum for one instance with the Azure Optimizations module.

  • getting-started/prerequisites.md: table with 2 CPU cores, 2 GB memory and 10 GB free disk. Notes that collector runs take longer on fewer cores but still finish.
  • getting-started/deploy.md: adds the minimum to the deploy prerequisites list and links to the table.
  • deployment/multiple-instances.md: links the Resources section to the table.
