Rebrand docs badge, align search position, and rename SQL Database Delete to Terminate #3

  • Renames the SQL Database "Delete unused" recommendation to "Terminate" throughout docs/modules/azure-optimizations/sql-database.md, including the heading, the auto-implementation entry, and the threshold table row, to match the current recommendation naming. Matches the docs favicon and logo to the redrawn squircle badge. Fixes the header search position: .md-header__source was reserved at the Material theme default of 11.5rem, pushing search further left on the public docs than on internal docs, where that slot holds a log-out icon. Setting it to 2.2rem lines search up in the same position on both sites.
  • Diff the rendered SQL Database page to confirm no recommendation behavior changed, only naming.
  • Check the header layout on desktop and mobile widths, comparing search position against internal-docs.
